Great experience to buy our car here. Almost best deal for my car model in whole Netherlands. Welcoming and warm staff and also good and quick response via Whatsapp that was amazing. We went there and had a view of the car and other cars, signed contract and finance company did the rest. Then I just went and picked the car. That was an amazing experience.

Purchased a Berlingo, when purchased there was a worn spare tire in the trunk. But I have never seen anything this worn before. Then I took it to my garage for inspection, the car found 1.3 MILLION soot particles. First thing I heard: which delivery package did you take? Finally, after telling them that I was within my rights, they took the car back for 'investigation'. And suddenly the car emits 450,000 soot particles. Still a ridiculous amount for a car that is less than 3 years old and has 25k on the odometer. But yes, it has passed the MOT and that is legally determined, I was told... I contacted legal help and they said it would be a long process that could possibly cost money. Unfortunately I don't have that. So in the end the car was kept under warranty for a year. I did get a loaner car in the meantime while they investigated, it was the least they could do. IN SHORT: I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE AGAIN.

A nice look back Bought our VW Touran diesel 29 months ago at the wholesaler. After a lot of searching we ended up there from Breda. A beautiful car with all possible options. The mileage was 130,000, after all checks we started driving this car, which was without a doubt a truly positive experience from the start, a beautiful and nice car. We have now driven 70,000 kilometers with it. In addition to the normal annual service, we have never had to incur any costs. And we still receive emails from Garage De Groote with the occasional offer. We'll let them wait a little longer and when the time comes, we'll definitely buy a car there again, but for now we'll still get into our wonderfully economical nice touran every day.

Had a car breakdown yesterday. Called the garage, picked up the car and immediately received a loan car. The repair starts today. Top top top. Very satisfied with De Groot garage company
